This car was built around 2008 and belonged to a member of Hoonigan in Japan, Daisuke.
It wore vinyl decals for his workshop, Oval Auto, and remained in Japan until 2019.
At some point, the car was included in a dealer auction lot and sold together with several other vehicles. It was listed as a non-running car and was not advertised or confirmed as an RWB at the time, meaning its true identity remained uncertain.
The current owner in Dubai later acquired it from that auction lot, effectively taking a gamble on its condition and provenance. Once the car arrived, it turned out the issue was minor—after fitting a new battery, it came back to life. It was then confirmed to be a smooth-fender 964 RWB.
The car was never officially given a name by Nakai-san. However, since the original owner’s workshop name was still displayed on the side skirt, that reference has been used as its identifier.
