Akira Nakai Japanese car tuner and the founder of RAUH-Welt Begriff (RWB), a tuning company that specializes in modifying Porsche cars. Renowned for his distinctive wide-body Porsche creations. Nakai-san’s journey with RWB began in the 1990s, starting with a personal passion for modifying his own Porsche 930. His unique approach combines Japanese car culture with the engineering and aesthetics of German cars. Since then, Nakai-san has built a global following with his aggressive and highly personalized designs. His hands-on approach means that each RWB Porsche is not just modified, but transformed into a work of art that reflects his dedication to perfection and individuality.

RAUH-Welt Begriff (RWB) translates to “Rough World Concept” and epitomizes a bold, race-inspired aesthetic. Combining over-the-top styling with functional performance upgrades, RWB Porsches are instantly recognizable. Each build is custom-tailored by Nakai himself, ensuring no two cars are identical and each tells its own story.
